Yoga classes (Monday to Saturday), sauna and ice bath, restaurant and shop — drop-in, no booking needed. Arrive 10 minutes early and pay at reception.

Singing bowls, gongs and live overtone instruments — the evening journey AUM is named for. The practice changes with the day of the week; mats are limited.
