FAQ
After you reserve via Telegram, we issue your pass and confirm in the chat. Walk into reception with your name — we look you up, deduct the session, and hand you a towel. No app, no QR scanning theatre. The receipt lives in the Telegram thread for the life of the pass.
Within seven days of purchase and before the first redemption, we refund in full. After the first use, passes are non-refundable but can be paused for documented medical reasons or transferred to a named friend on session-based packs (5- and 10-pack). Memberships are single-person rates and cannot be transferred.
Yes. Tell us the recipient’s name and Telegram handle when you message us and we will issue the pass directly to them with your note attached. They get the chat notification, the session balance, and the welcome — you stay anonymous if you prefer.
