What sound healing is
Sound tools entrain the brain to move into the deeper Alpha and Theta brain wave frequencies. These frequencies induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind and intuition. Thus, sound is a type of energy medicine.

Our instruments

Gong is one of the eldest instruments and has been through ages revered due to its ability to broaden the mind and help the listeners to reach these cognitive fields that are unreachable in our ordinary life.

Singing bowls sounds which are low in frequency are really helpful for inducing deep relaxation response in the body and effect the mood positively.

Pure quartz bowls produce sustained tones that resonate with the body’s subtle field. Their clean overtones quiet inner chatter and open space for stillness.
Gather with up to twenty travelers in our temple-style sound room. Sixty minutes of live gongs, bowls and chimes guided by an experienced facilitator. You lie down, close your eyes and let the vibrations move through you. Most people leave lighter than they arrived.

No. Sound healing meets you wherever you are. First-timers and long-time meditators sit side by side. You just lie down and let the sound do the work.
Many people do, and that is fine. The body still absorbs the vibrations. Some of the deepest healing happens in that liminal state between waking and sleep.
The gongs build in waves — soft at the opening, full and resonant in the middle, gentle again at the close. They are powerful but never painful. Earplugs are available if you prefer a softer experience.
Children aged 8 and up can join most group sessions if they can stay still for an hour. Younger children are welcome at our family-friendly sessions on weekends.
After the first trimester, with no complications, sound healing is generally safe and supportive. We ask all pregnant guests to message us before booking so we can guide you to the right session.
