The ritual

Three rounds of heat. Two rounds of cold. One reset nervous system.

The classic contrast cycle: three sauna rounds with herbal brooms broken up by two full immersions in the ice bath, with cool-down on the deck in between. Most guests stay 90 minutes. By the end the mind is quiet, the body is warm and the whole system has been re-tuned.

We provide aroma oils, hats and herbal brooms. You can also book private hours in the sauna.
