Morning yoga every day with Sergey, kundalini twice, sauna and ice every evening, five group sound baths, two private sessions, seven slow vegetarian dinners and one held breathwork session. Crystal bowls and the big gong, held by a senior facilitator. Lights low, eye pillows out, herbal tea afterwards.

Tea + Integration
Quiet tea ceremony to close the evening. Optional sharing circle; mostly silence.

Deposits processed by bank transfer or PromptPay. Balance settled on Day 1 on-site (cash, card or Thai bank transfer). VAT not applicable.

Before you ask
Single occupancy possible?▾
Yes. Every AUM program is priced per guest; single occupancy is the default. For couples or partner programs we adjust the deposit on the second confirmation.
Refund and reschedule policy?▾
Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the start date. Inside 14 days the deposit converts to AUM credit valid for 12 months — reschedule without losing it. The remaining balance is settled on the first day on-site.
Dietary requirements?▾
The AUM kitchen is fully vegetarian and accommodates vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and most allergens. Tell us at intake; we tune the menu before you arrive.
