About this experience
The Thursday ritual the regulars build their week around. Five hours across the open-air land: shamanic drums and didgeridoo in the sound circle, sauna with herbal brooms, ice bath, herbal tea at the Long Table, an open music jam, mantra chanting together — and a gong meditation to close the night. Come for an hour or stay for all of it.
