พิธีกรรมยามค่ำซิกเนเจอร์ของ AUM ซาวน่าสามรอบและแช่น้ำแข็งสองครั้งเพื่อ ปลดปล่อยความเหนื่อยล้าของวัน การบำบัดด้วยเสียงแบบกลุ่ม 60 นาทีด้วยชามและฆ้องเพื่อปรับ ระบบประสาทให้สงบ จากนั้นปิดท้ายด้วยพิธีชงชา แขกส่วนใหญ่หลับสนิทตลอดคืน

Deposits processed by bank transfer or PromptPay. Balance settled on Day 1 on-site (cash, card or Thai bank transfer). VAT not applicable.

Common questions
Yes. Every AUM program is priced per guest; single occupancy is the default. For couples or partner programs we adjust the deposit on the second confirmation.
Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the start date. Inside 14 days the deposit converts to AUM credit valid for 12 months — reschedule without losing it. The remaining balance is settled on the first day on-site.
The AUM kitchen is fully vegetarian and accommodates vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and most allergens. Tell us at intake; we tune the menu before you arrive.
